CHANGING THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE

The dates of offers, prices or availability of items offered on our website may change without notice. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date of receipt of the order, the availability and the price of each item ordered. Occasionally we may need to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to an unforeseen event.

While we strive to meet your needs where possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for an item with a price. or an inaccurate description. These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted.

Online/Store Gift Card

Our gift cards purchased online are only valid on the vincentdamerique.com website. Gift cards purchased in store are valid in store only. The amount you pay for the gift card will be the amount on the gift card you receive.

SALES TAX

In Canada, Vincent D'Amérique charges sales tax on products ordered through this website. The sales tax rate that will apply to an order depends on the delivery address of the order.

For applicable taxes in each Canadian province and territory, please refer to the table below.

DELIVERY

We ship to all regions of Canada. We offer different delivery methods, depending on the items you buy on www.vincentdamerique.com and where these items will be delivered. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose a delivery method for your items. In the event that the delivery method is different The delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen, the weight, the size and the destination address of the order. The total shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the payment process, before the conclusion of the order. All shipping costs displayed on Vincent D’Amérique.ca are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery is provided by Canada Post, which delivers all of our products. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the delivered packages will be left in front of the door.

Due to shipping delays beyond our control, once packages leave our fulfillment center, it may take longer than usual to receive your order.

DELIVERY TO QUEBEC AND CANADA:

Free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. A delivery charge of $9 applies to orders under $75. 
* The purchase amount used to establish the delivery charge corresponds to the amount before taxes and after all discounts and promotions. We only ship to addresses in Canada.

AVAILABLE DELIVERY METHODS:

STANDARD DELIVERY

    Order delivery time is 2-8 business days once the order leaves the warehouse. Please note that delivery to certain rural or remote areas may incur additional delivery times.

    FAST DELIVERY

        Delivery time for Expedited Delivery Service is 1-3 business days after the order has left the warehouse. Please note that delivery to certain rural or remote areas may incur additional delivery times.

        NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

        PICKUP IN STORE

        We have recently offered in-store pickup. When you choose the pick up in store option,  your package will be delivered to the store of your choice the next day* or the day you have selected in your basket. We offer in-store pickup service from Tuesday to Friday only. Please note that orders placed online are not exchangeable or refundable in store. 

        *Orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday.

        DELIVERY TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

        An order can only be sent to one address. If you want to ship part of your order to another address, you must place another order.

        RETURN POLICY

        The time allowed to request a return online is 21 days from the date of shipment of the goods. For the holiday season, returns are allowed until January 15th. If this deadline has expired, please contact a customer service representative at 1-844-312-1616.

        For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits and socks are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Vincent D’Amérique is not responsible for the loss or theft of gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return of the item is justified due to the delivery of the wrong item or the wrong size, or the delivery of a damaged or defective item. The return costs are free, the return labels are in the shipping packages.

        RETURN OF THE PACKAGE TO THE HEAD OFFICE

        For the holidays, the deadline for returns is January 15. Vincent D’Amérique will reimburse by the same method of payment used initially any merchandise that has not been worn or damaged and that bears the price tag. You will receive a refund within 5 days of receipt of the returned items.

        The postage stamp of the return package will be considered the date of return. In the case of the return of a gift, The packing slip is necessary at all times. 

        How to print a packing slip.

        1. Go to the site provided for this purpose by clicking here. 
        2. Access your order by entering your order number, as well as the email address used, in the box provided.
        3. Select the items you wish to exchange or return. Please note that stockings, swimsuits, boxers and pajamas are considered final sale.
        4. Once you have selected the items you wish to exchange or return, select from the ten (10) reasons available to you, the reason for your exchange or return.
        5. Choose the refund or exchange option.
        6. Select the box with the free shipping option.
        7. Validate all previous steps.
        8. You will receive in the following minutes; a confirmation of your return or exchange request as well as an email allowing you to print the delivery slip.
        9. Return the unworn and unused item in its original packaging.
        10. Before sending your return package, please remove all the labels on the packaging and affix the slip you have just printed.
