What are the costs for delivery?
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders of $75 or more. A delivery charge of $9 applies to orders under $75.
Fast delivery, $8 for all orders of $75 or more. Delivery charges of $16 apply to orders under $75. In both cases, delivery is made by Canada Post. * The purchase amount used to establish the delivery costs corresponds to the amount before taxes and after all discounts and promotions.
Are there return costs?
There are no return costs! If you do not have a return slip in your package, contact customer service at the following email: sac@vincentdamerique.ca
Are shipping costs refunded if I return my order?
Shipping costs are not refunded if you return your order.
Where can I find my invoice/order confirmation?
You will receive an email after your purchase with the invoice number and tracking number. You also have the option to log in with the login tab to see all your orders.
What is the order processing time?
If you have selected the standard delivery option; Your order will be dispatched between 3 and 5 business days, delays may occur. As for the fast delivery option; Your order will be shipped between 1 and 3 business days, delays may occur.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive an email with your Canada Post delivery number when the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse. You can also go to the Canada Post website (https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/ track-reperage/fr#/accueil) and enter your delivery number in the box provided for this purpose.
How do I return online purchases?
1-Go to the site provided for this purpose by clicking here.
2-Access your order by entering your order number, as well as the email address used, in the box provided.
3-Select the items you wish to exchange or return. Please note that stockings, swimsuits, boxers and pajamas are considered final sale.
4-When you have selected the items you wish to exchange or return, select from the ten (10) reasons available to you, the reason for your exchange or your return.
5-Choose the refund or exchange option.
6-Select the box with the free shipping option.
7-Validate all previous steps.
8-You will receive in the following minutes; a confirmation of your return or exchange request as well as an email allowing you to print the delivery slip.
9-Return the unworn and unused item in its original packaging.
10-Before sending your return package, please remove all the labels on the packaging and affix the slip you have just printed.

Is it possible to have a price adjustment?

Prices and sales are the same online or in store. Availability may vary.
What are the repayment terms?
When your package is received at the head office, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. When the refund is issued, there may be a delay of 1-10 days for the refund to appear in your credit card account.
How can I buy a gift card?
You can buy a gift card online and in store. However, gift cards purchased online are valid online only and gift cards purchased in-store are valid in-store only.
Is there a gift card limit I can buy or a total amount limit?
You can buy the number of gift cards you want. Gift cards are available in values
of: $50 - $75 - $100 - $150.
Can gift cards expire?
There is no expiration date for gift cards.
How can I find out how much is left on my gift card(s)?
To find out the amount remaining on your gift cards, please contact customer service.
How do I know I'm selecting the right size?
We have an explanatory size chart with each of our products. You can see how to take your measurements and thus make the right choice of size. *The majority of our products are semi-adjusted.
Who can pick up my order?
You must show proof of order confirmation and order number.
How long does the store keep my order?
You will receive a call as soon as your order is ready in store. The store will keep your order for days. You can communicate with the store to increase the delay.
When will my credit card be charged for in-store pickup orders?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is processed.
